Hi, I’m Matt, the Head Coach of Kaizen-PE
Teaching people has been an interest of mine all my life, and over the last 5 years I've been teaching true Physical Education, teaching myself and my friends, in the beginning, all working towards our diverse goals.
My background is in Martial Arts, which I still enjoy and teach, and I've taken part, throughout my life, in a whole host of other sports - bouldering being a particular favourite (I'm always trying to climb something, haha)
Over many years Ive tried and tested lots of different modern programs, but I always find myself returning to the old school programs of the years gone by. Modern programs all seem too flashy and not practical for day to day living. I wanted something that develops the body as a whole, to help me enjoy doing the activities I love.
So I've developed my own programs based on the Old School Classical methods, mixed with some of the better bits from the modern day. With my unique method, I want to help you achieve your goals and more, because that's my favourite thing about my job, you see - seeing people achieve what they thought was impossible!
